During his tenure in Panama, Aldo was able to capture the friendship and closeness of those he met. Always a superb host and never turning his back to a good argument. A connoisseur of the delicacies at the table, and a mentor on the intricacies of public health challenges. His focus always on the ones in need. An uncle for our children.
His soul ever present in the work at hand. Always close to God and Blessed Mary -Her image always on his desk!
Today we all feel a natural human sorrow, but a spiritual joy should also be there. Today let's celebrate his life and remember all of the remarkable things Aldo accomplished and how wonderful his life was.
If he were here he would tell us to cheer up, smile and remember all of the great memories we all shared. Even though Aldo may be gone, his memory will live on in all of us forever.
